• You enter your start and end level in the order transaction, and also enter the playing time that you would like to play in youself. The rest of the time will be used by the pro gamer to level your character till the order is complete.
• The leveler will refresh your level status twice daily to ensure that you are always informed of your character’s level.
• To allow the leveler to access your account, you should specify your account name and password. As soon as your character’s leveling is completed, you should change your password to avoid abuse.
  

• Suspensions : In these cases, your account will be temporarily blocked by the game producers. Afterwards, however, it will be opened again.
• Bans: In such cases, we recommend that you write the game producers (Blizzard etc.) and try to retrieve your account.
• If that does not work, the respective leveler is obligated to level a new char for you. However, to avoid abuse, we can only level a character of the exact same type. We cannot make any guarantees concerning equipment.
• Another possibility is to let the leveler to pay you in game currency (gold etc.) comparable to the worth of the leveling. The worth of the lost character is not replaced in this quasi-reimbursement.
• Important: Suspending customer accounts is not correct, and you as a gamer, have the right to file the game producer’s for suit. Since it concerns a legal issue between you and the game producer, the settlement must occur between you and the game producer. Further inquiries can be sent to the Randy Run service team.

Trusted Trade

With "Trusted Trade" you simply give us your account name and your password with every order. That way we can place your WoW gold directly on a character created by us on your account. The advantages of this new delivery method speak for themselves:

1. You protect your gold. Since Blizzard checks out more and more private mailboxes and deletes purchased WoW gold.

2. You protect your account. Since the new monitoring system from Blizzard can back track gold deliveries through ingame-mail and reserves the right to close those concerned account right away.

3. You save your main char. Since we create one of our own characters for the gold delivery. You will be able to send the WoW gold then from that char to your main char, since gold deliveries are not watched within the own account.

4. You save cash. Since the only other safe alternative would be Face-to-Face. But the co-ordination to bring together supplier and customer at exactly the right time in the game would be extremely time consuming and would just unnecessarily drive the gold prices up.

5. You can continue playing in the evening undisturbed. Because the trade via "Trusted Trade" happens between 01:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m. Anywhere beyond that time you wont be disturbed and can take part in raids or spend a relaxing evening with WoW. (Should you be online during the appointed times you will be kicked out of the game. The delivery usually takes about 60 minutes and after a brief confirmation mail we will give you back your account. Please do not try to log in during the WoW gold delivery to prevent unnecessary complications.)
