Fishing is an advantage to anyone who also has the profession of cooking. Everything you pull out of the WoW waters like eatable fishes, cookable fishes, special fishes and mussels is needed for many different cooking recipes.
A lot of patience is required for fishing in World of Warcraft. But there are also some good extra benefits: because not only fishes are pulled out of the water but also occasionally gemstones, weapons, armor, other items, chests and long lost handcrafts which can also make you a lot of money.
